Are you ready to transform your life one habit at a time? Our free 30-Day Thrive and Shine Challenge is here to help you make lasting changes that will improve your overall health and well-being.

Challenge Overview

This challenge is all about YOU and the habit YOU want to change. Each participant will share their chosen habit with the group, self-monitor their progress, and report any challenges or successes in our supportive Facebook group. Whether it's improving your nutrition, exercising regularly, practicing mindfulness, getting better sleep, drinking more water, or any other habit you want to tackle, this challenge is for you!

Who Can Join?

Everyone is welcome to join. There are no specific requirements for participation—just a willingness to make a positive change in your life!

What Habits Can You Choose?

The choice is yours! Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Nutrition: Eat more healthy foods, try a vegetarian diet, or reduce sugar intake.

  • Exercise: Establish a regular workout routine or take daily walks.

  • Mindfulness: Practice meditation or gratitude journaling.

  • Sleep: Improve your sleep hygiene or aim for a consistent sleep schedule.

  • Hydration: Drink more water each day.

  • Personal Commitments: Keep promises to yourself and others, or reduce alcohol consumption.

  • Time / Task Management: Manage your time and tasks in a way that will leave you feel accomplished at the end of each day. 

  • Morning / Evening Routines: Start your mornings with a specific routine that you establish. Or, End your day with a routine.

My role is to provide insightful suggestions and expert guidance while you retain the freedom to make the decisions that best align with your goals and values. Together, we create a collaborative partnership where your choices drive your success.

  • Weekly ‘Ask the Coach’ sessions: When you have an issue working through your habits, you have the opportunity to Ask The Coach on Mondays at Noon

  • Weekly Emails: Tips, motivation, and resources to keep you going.

  • Facebook Group: Connect with other participants, share your journey, and get support.

  • If you are a “paper person” and enjoy seeing progress, you will love the printable habit tracker.
