Hi there!
If we haven’t met - my name is Claudia Haller and I am your NBC-HWC Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
I help individuals just like you to ACTUALLY live their best life by creating a wellness vision and setting goals and action steps followed by accountability check-ins.
I believe that food is medicine, that a positive mindset is your superpower and that time management is key.
Why is mindset so important? Because if we believe that we will never be able to get where we want to go guess what happens.. exactly that!

Have you ever tried to use Waze and not enter an address? It won’t work because it doesn’t know where to go. Have you ever used Waze and all of a sudden it suggested a detour because of a traffic jam? The system comes up with a new way to get you where you need to go. Pretty cool, right?
To achieve our goals we first need to know where we are going (like entering an address in Waze). Then we create a plan. And guess what? Life happens, so, we come up with a new and revised plan just like Waze does.

This 12-week group mentorship course will change the way you approach your life and your health forever. This is a laser-focused program where we work in small groups that are big enough to get the support you need, but small enough to work on your own needs.
How It works
Here’s how we will get you from where you are today to where you want to be:
During the bonus kick-off session, you will create your personal wellness vision and mission statement. We need that to program our Waze system – remember?
During our first weekly meeting, we will create your One-Page Strategy Plan for 2022 – so exciting!
After that, we will keep meeting weekly in our mentorship groups where I will be talking about topics such as mindset, diet, exercise, stress, sleep, brain health, time management and so much more.
During the weekly meetings, each member will have a chance to get coaching on their progress which is the best part!
We will have access to each other in our groups where we will support each other daily.

People with accountability partners are more likely to achieve their goals. I'll be there to guide you and as a group, we will hold each other accountable. During our sessions, I will be introducing new concepts and we will be taking turns to ask questions, get feedback, and dive deeper into your specific challenges. These calls are recorded for you to revisit anytime. Each group will have max. 12 participants

Will I have to follow a specific diet for 12 weeks?
No, you will not have to follow a specific diet. As you know I believe that food is medicine and everything we eat and drink has an impact on our bodies one way or another. A specific diet CAN be a part of your personal wellness vision and then we will include it in your strategic plan.
What if I miss a meeting?
The meetings will be recorded but of course, you will get the most out of the program when you attend live.
I am not on Facebook can I still join?
